IOWA DAIRY GOAT ASSOCIATION
A non profit organization with the following objectives:
* to promote and support public goat-related exhibitions;
* to publish and distribute literature on the goat industry;
* to publish a newsletter – provide communication and distribute information
related to dairy goats;
* to provide practical and scientific instruction in the breeding and care of
dairy goats and their products;
* to aid in the marketing of quality dairy goat products.
Other activities offered and sponsored by IDGA include:
> Easter Meat Kid Pickup
> DHIA Group testing program
> IDGA Select Breeder’s Sale
(at Iowa State Fair)
> Goat Book Library for member’s use.
